I received the wrong or damaged product. What do I do?
We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, please send us an email to contact@onlifetechnologies.com within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about
the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!
How long do I have to return a product?
If you meet the requirements of our return policy, you have 15 days to make the return. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@onlifetechnologies.com to arrange the return.
Are any items exempt from the return policy?
